What are the mats made of?

We use a Silicone Leather. This leather is free of toxins which means it is PVC and PU free, contains no plasticizers, phthalates, heavy metals (including mercury or lead), or Bisphenol A (BPA), formaldehyde. Our leather is CPSIA compliant.

Does you leather contain Animals or Animal By-Products? Are they bonded leather?

Our leather is made without animal products or by-products! Silicone is one of the most common found elements in nature.  No, they are not bonded leather.

Where are they made?

Teri Co. is handmade in Ontario, Canada. All products sourced come from ethical and responsible suppliers.

What is the Difference between Small Fry and Padded Small Fry?

Padded Small Fry is slightly longer at 6.5" and has 2" in padding. You can also use the Padded Small Fry on either sides!

How to Clean?

The Leather:
-Clean light mess with soft sponge or cloth with water
-Clean ink, heavier stains with soft sponge or cloth with dish soap and water
-Disinfect with 1:4 bleach solution
-Let dry before putting away

Backing:
-Use a Dry Brush

How to remove creases?

- Wrinkles can be released by laying flat, hanging, or steaming
- Do not machine wash or iron

Shipping is free for all orders over $50.

How long does shipping take? 

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive your order in:

Can I Cancel my Order?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to 
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an 
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Can I Return my Teri Co. Mat? Do you issue Refunds?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
